I Corinthians 13:13-FWF at Unity Stamp Co.

It's been too long since I played along with my friends at Unity Stamp Co. on a Friday. So I am entering this Anniversary card in the FWF contest. This card is for my Aunt and Uncle who are still together after all these 53 years!! So rare to see love last so long! They are so dear and I want to rejoice with them!!
Materials:

Ink: Versafine, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink
All Papers and brad: My Mind's Eye
Flowers: Fancy Pants, Bazzill, and Making Memories
Ribbon: Hobby Lobby, and Webster's Pages
Twine: Bead Landing-Michaels

Patriotic decor

There are a couple of patriotic challenges going on right now ( Our Daily Bread Designs , Simon Says Stamp Challenge ). After I found the Simon Says Stamp Challenge, I discovered that they have a vintage challenge as well ( Simon Says Stamp and Show ) and the Challenge is "Anything Goes"! This piece fits both categories, so I am going to enter it there also! After debating whether or not I wanted to do a card, I decided that I needed some patriotic décor for my home. So I made this piece with a built in stand on the back. After I made it, I realized that I could use this décor not only for the Fourth of July, but also for Memorial Day, and Veteran's Day!   I inked the gingham ribbon with Antique Linen distress ink to tone down the red and give it a more vintage look.    I used chipboard for my base and attached a ribbon stopper at the bottom to keep it from sliding. New Day Mini Album

Hello everyone! It's been a busy couple of months here at Purple Pinky Promises. I've been ready for Spring for quite some time and so I started this darling mini album to bring in the Spring. FWF-Birthday card

I made this card for my aunt. I confused her birthday with my other aunt (her sister) and sent her a card two months early, but she never let on and thanked me so generously for making her a card. It wasn't til I got closer to her real birthday (looking ahead to see who I needed to make cards for) that I realized my mistake. So on her real birthday, I decided that I would send this card to let her know that I realized my mistake. I love it that Unity Stamp Co. sends the goofed up stamps in their kit anyway. They include a note about the mistake and explain that just because there is a mistake doesn't mean that we can't still use it in a creative way! Isn't that awesome!
